RoofYX is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for roofing companies. Our platform provides tools including AI-powered satellite roof measurements, customer relationship management (CRM), proposal generation, and job management capabilities.
When you create an account with RoofYX, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. RoofYX is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofYX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to RoofYX in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.
